Natalie Khawam Case is a high profile attorney with over 25 years experience working in both the private and public sector, to include the Federal government and legislation. Ms. Khawam Case founded the Whistleblower Law Firm, Khawam Ripka, and the law firm of Natalie Khawam Case & Associates in Washington, DC. Ms. Khawam Case graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, and holds an M.B.A. and M.S. degrees in addition to her law degree.
Natalie has successfully spearheaded almost a dozen pieces of legislation, under both the Republican and Democratic administrations. Ms. Khawam Case is passionate about protecting our Veterans and active duty service members. Natalie works well with both sides of the aisle to properly achieve bipartisan support of her legislation. Natalie has great relationships with the press, and works closely with the media to promote her clients in a great light. She has an international following from her well known representation of Vanessa Guillen. Natalie lives in Florida, Oklahoma and Washington, DC and is admitted to the Florida Bar. Natalie’s comprehensive education and experiences gives her the skill set and tools to not only advise her clients, but her significant public relations experience allows her to control the narrative with the media as she has done throughout her career. Natalie’s significant relationships and credibility with Congress and the Administration provides her clients with all the necessary channels to ensure success at every stage.
Associate Attorney
Cary Racioppi is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in advocacy and client representation. Raised in Johns Creek, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. During law school, he began his exposure in the sector of Sports and Entertainment Law, working closely with athletes, artists, and performers, as well as serving as the Student Bar Association Treasurer. Cary is a trusted, skilled, and aggressive attorney that has been working alongside Attorney Khawam Case for many years.
After being admitted to the Georgia Bar in July 2024, Cary launched his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. In this role, he developed extensive experience in case evaluation, trial advocacy, evidentiary analysis, negotiation, and plea bargaining. Committed to delivering strategic and effective legal solutions, Cary provides personalized representation tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Tripta Dhaliwal is a project manager currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Georgetown University. At Khawam Case Law Firm, she serves in a dual capacity, managing the innovative 911 Emergency and 911 Lawyer initiatives while overseeing critical aspects of firm operations. In her technology role, she successfully transformed a visionary concept into a functional application providing users with immediate access to legal counsel, expertly managing the entire project lifecycle from initial development through final implementation.
Passionate about the intersection of technology and law, Tripta leverages her expertise in AI/ML and software development to create innovative solutions that enhance legal accessibility and drive social impact. Her unique combination of technical knowledge and legal experience enables her to build scalable technology that addresses complex challenges in the legal sector.
